Leather care

Leather is not meant to stay perfect. It is meant to become yours.

Dust and rain

Use a dry, soft cloth after dusty days. If the leather meets rain, blot, do not rub, and let it dry naturally, away from radiators and sun.

Condition

Condition full-grain leather two or three times a year with a cream intended for vegetable-tanned or full-grain hides. Apply little, wait, and buff.

Store

Store your bag stuffed with tissue, in a dust bag, standing or lying as it was designed to sit. Keep belts rolled or hanging. Keep wallets away from overpacked pockets.

Let it live

Marks, softening, and a deeper colour are not faults. They are the record of a journey, which is the point of PAPO.
