The making of a PAPO piece

Each PAPO piece begins with the leather itself, chosen for character, thickness, and the way it will age in real life, not only in a studio.

Before a piece leaves the workshop, it is inspected as if it were being given to someone we love. Because in a sense, it is.

Patterns are cut with patience. Edges are finished by hand. Stitching is measured, not rushed. Hardware is selected to last as long as the hide it sits on.
